
About me
I was born and raised in Essex, England. Both my parents came from Hong Kong and they both worked in the hospitality industry which is how they met.
Fast forward to when I was born, my parents brought a Fish and Chip shop and I grew up being in the hospitality industry too. I was taking customer orders by the age of 12 years old. By this point our Fish and Chips shop expanded and became a Chinese Take Away too. But the cooking adventures started much earlier which I will share later in my blog.

But now in 2020 with lots of things coming up for all of us during this Covid-19 pandemic, even from my own personal experiences this year, I've decided to delve into this new adventure and share what I love the most about cooking and all related.

Like with any new blog site, this is a journey which will evolve over time and I hope that with develop into a useful tool for everyone to enjoy.
